Our recipe is the result of years of testing at all major shows in RSA. 
Direct interaction with customers resulted in the most pleasing flavours being incorporated in our recipes. 

We supply biltong in whole pieces, slices, chips, sticks, wheels and dry wors. All these products are available in beef and a large variety of game. Biltong (and dry wors) is packed in 1-5kg bags. Our packets (Biltong Braai Buddies) is available in 50g, 80g, 100g, 150g and in a hang or pouch pack. Vacuum packing is done according to the clients needs.
