Yellow Fat Biltong / Geelvet Biltong
Made from the finest C-Grade Top Rump and Silverside Beef. Our unique blend of spices adds to the great taste. We only air dry our meat (no heat added) to ensure a natural dry process. We supply Yellow Fat Biltong per kilogram in whole or sliced pieces. All these products are available in a variety of options. Biltong is packed in 1-5kg bags.
